Pupil Leadership

In keeping with our vision and values, we offer our pupils a wide range of opportunities to enable them to develop as well-rounded individuals.

We have established a variety of pupil leadership teams, whose roles are constantly developing & who are involved in different projects and activities, but who all have the shared aim of helping leaders to develop and improve our school, for all our pupils. We want all our pupils to have a voice, which they do, through their pupil representatives.

Pupils have the opportunity to volunteer for a number of leadership opportunities, with representatives from all year groups, 1—6.

Different teams have different selection processes, so our children gain experience of applying for, being nominated for, or being chosen for roles.

Each year, the representatives are re-selected, meaning all of our pupils have multiple opportunities to become a pupil leader, during their time at Netherton C of E, when the time is right for them, on their journey of personal development.
